I'm Nydia Antonia Russe, a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (L-CAT), Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT), and storyteller based in New York City.

My work lives at the intersection of mental health, movement, creativity, and storytelling. After more than 15 years as a Creative Director and Copywriter, I followed my curiosity about the healing potential of creativity into the field of Dance/Movement Therapy.

Today, I work with individuals and groups using movement, creative expression, storytelling, and verbal processing to support self-expression, connection, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

I'm always interested in meaningful conversations, creative collaborations, and opportunities that bring together mental health, movement, storytelling, and the arts.
